  • Autism

Assessments are conducted in a gentle and collaborative manner over several sessions for children and adolescents aged 7 to 16, with the aim of exploring the underlying reasons for the individual’s presentation and identifying different pathways to promote greater wellbeing.

Cool Kids

The Cool Kids Anxiety Program is a world-renowned, skills-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) program developed by Macquarie University. It teaches children, teens (ages 7–17), and their parents how to effectively manage anxiety.

Currently, the program is delivered in an individual format, with an average of 10 sessions.

Parenting Mentoring

We help parents build stronger relationships with their children and manage common challenges with confidence, while respecting each family’s individuality.

Luna works from a systemic perspective to support families in achieving their best potential. She integrates strategies from different programs and approaches, including the 1-2-3 Magic behavioural program, the Cool Kids Program, Emotional Coaching approaches, and psychoeducation about child and adolescent development and neurodiversity.

Working with separated or divorced parents to support healthy co-parenting is also a significant part of the service.
