Children, Adolescents & Families.
Psychotherapy
Luna provides a safe and supportive environment for children, adolescents, and young adults to explore their feelings, develop coping strategies, and navigate life’s challenges. Her services support young people in building resilience, strengthening emotional wellbeing, and fostering healthy development.
Families commonly seek support for concerns including anger and emotional dysregulation, anxiety and mood disorders, behavioural challenges, school refusal, family conflict, grief and loss, social difficulties, parental separation or divorce, and neurodiversity and developmental differences. Luna takes an evidence-based, supportive approach to helping individuals and families better understand these challenges and develop effective coping strategies.
Parenting mentoring
Luna helps parents build stronger relationships with their children and navigate common challenges with confidence, while recognising and respecting each family's unique strengths, values, and circumstances. The Parents Hope Project will soon be available as part of her service offerings.
Anxiety Management Program
Luna offers the Cool Kids Anxiety Program for children aged 7–12 years.
